Hi, so i found several transactions made from my credit card to skr*qhoster and netbder*masb-mol. I done the right thing cancelled my card and reported these transactions to my banking institute. A week later i have recieved letters from my bank stating my password was entered during transaction so I'm $400 down with no receipts or proof of purchase, so i have no idea what my money brought? I done a thorough search online and noticed I'm not the only one in this position. I find it an invasion of my privacy especially regarding the 1 transaction of $34.88 to merchant SKR*qhoster.com (i do not have a skrill account and before this happened i had never heard of them). The other 6 transactions were to merchant netbder*masb-mol (3 transactions in the one day). I have no clue?? And my bank will not refund my money! Although NAB was helpful in letting me know it was a registered online gaming store, that doesn't recoup my losses. I am a wife and mother and there is no way i would happily part with $400 in games. I dunno what else i can do?
