After having to email AmericanWholesaler to request they SEND my purchase, they provided a false UPS tracking number. I contacted them a few days later asking about the false tracking number and if they really sent it. They ignored my questions and asked if I wanted to pay them again for another package (!!!) or be reimbursed. I told them I want the ONE purchase... and to confirm shipment. I was ignored. Then the day it was to arrive -- to protect their 5 star rating -- they reimbursed me... 10 DAYS after taking my money. Now I will have to wait another 5-7 days for reimbursement for a medicine my child NEEDS (!). I've informed Amazon, but they need to receive multiple reports to do anything, since this seller has a 5 star rating. (It's probably a bought 5 star ! I only say this because I just saw on this site that someone else had a problem with the same seller back in 2012, when this same seller, AmericanWholesaler, was swapping out their advertised name brands with generics. So the buyers were getting only generic products when they ordered a name brand !)
