I believe this number must be associated with newspaper archives. Signed up for a free trial, cancelled subscription. Company charged me before the free trial was over and took its time with a refund. Discovered that a company called archives.com has been charging me $9.99 on the 16th of every month. I guess they figure that if they have your credit card info. you're fair game.
