On 12/10 a NFL shirt was ordered not from you but from ravensprostore.com. On 12/11 I cancelled shirt and received a cancellation notice that it was cancelled. I have the notice. My credit card co paid you 94.08 on 12/17. On 1/6 I found the shirt at my door in spite of canceling it. I contacted ravensprostore.com a number a times to no avail. They claim the order was cancelled and they said they did not receive a payment. What I would like to know is why did you ship it out a month after the fact. I do not want this shirt and would like to return it for a refund. My credit card co is trying to contact you about this. Please reply to this.
