Well I purchased a couple of products from easykits.org who in turn recommend purely hosting for a tuned cloud hosting service. Not hundred percent sure if I was going to want to continue service with them for 3 yrs I opted for a 1 yr plan. Little did I realize that the only refundable portion of the money I spent was the hosting service. So they in fact keep more than 50% of your money! I waited for 3 hours before I called customer service to see what was the problem. I was connected to a man named Tom who was quick to inform me that it usually takes 4 hrs for everything to go through. So I did some searching and found that I wasn't the only one having this issue. So I call back again after waiting over 4 hrs. And wouldn't know I am connected with Tom again. He says I should call back at 9am Monday morning. Even though I purchased hosting service from purely hosting at 7:30pm Sunday evening. Finding it odd that I was connected to the same man both times I called I ask him how many support staff there are working. To which he answers 6! He asks whe I asked and I told him how found it odd I got him both times I called. He then states that their software automatically connects him to every call I make to them..... so I ask him the number to the billing department as I wanted to cancel at this point. He says it's the same number but billing doesn't answer calls!!! That I should try to email them and see how it goes from there!!!! But to do it after 9am Monday!!! I went another company who once received payment had me up and running and access immediately!!! Not only till after I went to my bank and filled out fraud charges and blocked my business credit card did I get an email later on this evening. Saying I needed to register in order to proceed and that theye was a "glitch" with their computers and it would be an additional 24-48 hrs before I could have access to my domain!!!! Now lucky me gets to hope I get my refund and wait patiently for a new card to come in the mail in 10-14 days.... stay away!!!! They no good!!!!
