The shipping policy is misleading and missing important details.
I ordered a book, and paid $5.99 for expedited shipping. This should have made my book a priority and be shipped out asap in order to be compliant with their shipping policy. Such policy states that it should take 2-3 business days; but they do not specify that the count of such days start after the order has been processed. This was explained to me, only when I contacted customer service. This in turn makes their expedited process policy a complete lie. The customer service guy, did not even try to offer a solution to this issue.
My book was basically shipped out 4 business days (as per their policy's business days) after the order day. I am still waiting for my book, and hoping that the book does take 2-3 business days to get to me, now that it has been "shipped." If I would have know the complete facts, I could have made a better decision, weather to order from renttext.com, some other site, or just go to a bookstore and buy the book there.
Their dishonesty, and corrupt stunt, has set me back. Time is money and renttext.com has wasted mine.
