I ordered 4 identical dresses from this site. I received a receipt from 'fristpay' for about $350, but the amount that came out of my bank account was more like $379, the receipt said the amount showing in my bank account may be different because of exchange rate, but the amount for the dresses was in AUD, and the website was .com.au (Australian) so there shouldn't be a need to convert currencies!

This was my first suspicion about this website, secondly I didn't receive a confirmation email from the website. I realised something was up when the website was down. After a google search I can across this website with reviews about their scam website.

I visited my bank and they said because I had given out my card details, they cannot refund the money only dispute it with the merchant. But if the transaction had happened without my approval, they could refund it.

I ended up calling the fraud line of my bank, said there was an unauthorised transaction and they investigated and have now refunded the money. If you do this, and don't tell them you have purchased anything online and they may refund you. Good luck!
