I attempted to purchase some medication from this company. It was advertised as 30 pills for $98.70. I gave them my credit card info, they charged the money very quickly and then, and then, and then, they called me and said "we've upped the minimum requirement to 200 pills." Told them there was no way I could afford that, they argued and argued with me and finally said "we'll refund your money." That was December 9th. Every single day, sometimes a couple of times, I call both phone numbers listed, I sent emails to their customer service department and "supposedly" these emails are seen by the owner. I also send Facebook & Twitter messages. I have begged and pleaded for my money to be returned. They completely ignore my messages and phone call. One two occasions (I think I took them "off guard") I spoke to this game named "Ronnie" who I could barely understand (he was from India). He assured me on two different occasions that my money would be deposited into my account. I was not happy about having to give my checking account info, but I was desperate and thought at least I'll get my money back. I still have not received one red cent. These people have no intentions of returning my money, and I'm not rich, I can't afford to just 'write off' this $120.00, I Need it returned to me. Thank you very much for your help!

I've tried six different ways to send you a screenshot of my account page with Dikon, I've tried saving it as a jpg and png, but it keeps saying "We encountered a problem saving, try again later." Is there another way i can send this?
