Ordered 14 trial face cream with understanding I only had to pay $4.95 S&H. Specifically asked if 14 days was from date ordered or received & was told received. Ordered 1/22 & received 1/28. I called to cancel any more on 2/10 & could only get their computer system. Looked on my account 2/11 & saw they charged me $89.95 for the trial sample on 2/8. Was not told I had to pay for the trial sample. Called customer service & was told nothing they could as I agreed to their terms when I canceled through the computer system. Duplicell should not be ripping people of like this. They mislead you & don't tell you all the facts. Their product is not worth what they charge & I would tell anyone don't fool with them. SCAMMERS
