I responded to advert of free sample. Paying $15AU for postage. Over a month, still haven't received, tried to contact via email, and phone, no response. Email again after I found they had charged my credit card twice and I still haven't received anything. Tried to phone 3 times. No answer from customer service. Response by email saying they will refund part payments, $94.99 & 94.97. Leaving me out of pocket a lot of money for something I have never received. I then immediately received two emails stating thank you for return of product. I have been charged postage for products that never left their premises.
