I typed in www.Texas.gov to register my vehicle. This site popped up and looked like what I was looking for. I entered my information and CC information then didn't see where to acutally REGISTER MY VEHICLE. I then saw $2.99 charged on my bank account. That card will be cancelled but I don't want others to fall prey to this SCAM.
