It's hard to beware of this shoe "company" as they parade themselves using domains that belong to other countries, for eg. they fooled me, thinking I was on an Australian shoe website as it ended in an Australian domain such as .com.au - I ordered some boots, noticed that when the package arrived it was from Shanghai, China and that they had bundled up the boots in a small package and that they were indeed the wrong boots sent. In fact they sent a pair of the most incredibly hideous, ugliest Chanel rip off boots I'd ever seen. And being suspicious, I opened up the package immediately at the post office and the staff laughed their heads off when they saw my face fall at the insulting sight of them. I too cracked up eventually, but sent them back on the spot asking for IZWY to send the correct boots to me and I was sent an email by IZWY saying I should keep them or give them to a friend or sell them for a profit and that a refund was impossible!!
