We had set in a request for returning pot & pans but they wanted pictures of the damage, & of corse there not wanting to Owen up there warranty. Just wasting my time & not to mention my $$$.$$. There so called Duralon is so great, is that great when the Duralon s chipping out from the pans, around the lip of all the pots & pans where the lids make contact, I've yet to be able to wipe the pans out with a paper towel after cooking with them. We've had to soak them & still had to scrub them, well unfortunately we ended up making some scratches in the pots & pans, try explaining that the Nuwave, but it's like falling on deaf ears. They gotten our money & the rest of the situation is our problem. & of corse were not happy with our dission in buying into the so called Nuwave experience. So sad thow the pic. Is a very nice & we used the Nuwave oven on several occasions & its preformed just as we expected it to. Just wish they would consider refunding our money for the cook ware.
