I placed an order for 7 sets of Soft-lace Underwear on 28th Jan 2016 and have not received my delivery until now. The condition says it will take within 14 working days but it has been almost a month now. What pisses me off is the customer support kept giving me promises it will be solved within 3 working days but i have not been getting anything. This guy ( Phil Olis) never cameback with a solution nor did he give me any proper explanation as to why my delivery is blocked. Also he gave me a wrong information that the delivery condition says within 21 working days instead of 14 days as stated in your website. I need a solution to this asap or else i will come to your office!My order confirmation number is 856329
