The dealer agreed to pay for the last 3 car payments on my lease if I purchased a new lexus from them. I purchased the car and paid cash. At no time did they say this was not acceptable and they knew I was not planning to lease or finance through them. They offered financing which was at a high rate so I paid cash. They didnt returned my lease on time and they never made the last 4 payments as promised.
