My Visa statements arrives with payment to Slimware for $129.00. This was done without my permission. I called them March 2, 2016. I received confusing explanations for the charges.I asked for a refund which was rejected with some explanation about a three year coverage. (For what?) I told them to either deal with me or BBB.I will persue this matter.
