My purchase was Australia 253652 Women's Rieker Sina 46778 Taupe Leather. The shoes I received are nothing like the ones I ordered. I can only communicate via email and they have said to me because of customs!!!! what customs they have an Australian Website..... I can sell the incorrect shoes back to them!!! What is this!!! I have never had any problem ordering on the web before......If this is a reputable website their would just not send an incorrect product or refund the incorrect product.... no questions ask....they state on the website they have a 30 day money back guarantee.

I have just reported this company to NSW Fair Trading, will see how they go.
The same thing happened to me, what a disgrace Izwy are. -
