I don't know how they got my info either, $19.95. I have NEVER HEARD OF THEM EITHER. How do these companies even get our info. Do they get access to other websites we do business with and steal our bank information, and how do they keep getting away with it. I called 1-888-461-4887 and spoke with Janie. She said she would credit my account back in 3-5 business days. I hope this is the end of it. There is a HEALTHGUIDEMD and a HLTHGUIDEMD. I HAD NO IDEA EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES EXISTED TIL TODAY. HEALTHGUIDEMD has the phone number I called, HLTHGUIDEMD IS WHO TAKES OUT THE MONEY.
