On March 14,2016 I received a letter saying I had won the 2nd prize of the European, African and North America Consumer sweepstakes, in conjunction with Department Stores.
The serial number was-------attached to my name, which matched the first five lucky winning numbers and subsequently I had won $250,000.00 held on 3/2/2016.
Enclosed was a check in the amount of $3,650.00,to help pay the processing fee of:$3,100.00 US dollars. The Check was from Brock White Company in St. Paul, MN. (which showed as a large construction company, when searched). The Bank Name was from First Bank Havre, First Bank Montana National Association, 235 First St., Havre, Mt. 59501 (the telephone # was disconnected).

I was advised to cash the check, and contact my claims agent:David Hull @1(877)213-7804. Payment of my winning prize money was to be made by a Certified Check, and would be brought to me in person by a special courier company. In the presence of the courier,I was to sign the paper and give to him when I would receive my check of US $250,000.00 from him.

I goggled all this information before calling this Mr. Hull, and as I suspected the same thing had happened before, same names, same exact money. It advised not do anything, that it was a total SCAM. Is IT?
