Received a letter from American Mega Lottery Payment stating I had won $250,000.00 with a check for $6,950.00 to help pay taxes, Insurance, Shipping and Handling fees. I was told to deposit the check and call the claims agent - Patrick Anderson at 1-226-500-7100, and he would deliver the $250,000.00 dollar check directly to my door. I was to take $2,700.00 from the $6,900.00 check to give the claim agent for processing to get my $250,000.00 check. The check for $6,950.00 looked legitamate, had routing numbers and was signed.
