I ordered a free trial on the 4 March 2016 and receive one product on time and the other I only received on the 20 March and I contacted them on the 21 March as I was charged. I had one day trial period and was charged for both products of $274.80.
I contacted them and they emailed me the cancellation letters for both products and said no monies would be taken out? Also they stated that I would get an 80% refund, which I wanted back a full refund but they were not budging on this.
A very disappointed customer and will never use these people again.
