Bought the shoes on the 13th March recieved confirmation email. 4 Days later checked the order status on the website and was pending. Contacted them through the site to ask why it was pending. Heard nothing. Recieved the shoes on the 24th March and the were the wrong shoe and size plus they wern't even in a box with no invoice. The parcel was in Chinese, no mention on the website the Location was China. If I was to return them it would be more costs on top. When I emailed them to ask for a return this was their reply: "Really sorry,did not like the one you got now at all?The goods you got is our best selling now.It is very hot.Or how about next time you buy from,we will do u big discounts as compensation,is that ok?Thanks for answer"
Bad communication, unprofessional. I'm not risking sending them back and not getting my money. MUST AVOID.
