I purchased VIP status for my granddaughter and as soon as she got her upgrade she was booted off and blocked from sign on while somebody else used her account until all the diamonds and star coins we purchased were used up and sent to multiple other users. MSP tried to blame her but her password was very complicated and she never gave it to anyone. They refuse to restore her dimonds and star coins we purchased. Therefore, I spent $40 for good she did not get to enjoy. Shame on them for running such a shoddy insecure site catering to children.
