Went online to get a duplicate license in WI. THOUGHT I was on the OFFICIAL DMV website. I put all the info in for a duplicate license and that is when I noticed there was nowhere to print off the receipt, etc. Then I have $2.99 debited from my bank acct.; and today, April 1, another 19.95. Had to cancel my debit card. Cannot find a contact number.
