So I have been trying to get my perm reds card for years, always hitting road blocks, and finally I found time and stumbled upon heir website..so I called and a lady walked me through it. A year passes and no card so I called to ask them what happened and the whole time thinking his was a government service and asked what I paid for. She had the nerve to tell me they made it easier for me to get my application which the money I paid them would have given me my card long ago!! These assholes just stole money from a hard working single mom of two! But karma goes back around!!
