I noticed there has been an exact the same complaint about this here previously.
Received a letter saying I have won $3,682,437.00
Which is to be released if I send $20.00 for the processing fee. The letter does not contain any informations or contacts about the awarding entity except for the P.O. BOX number in Netherlands to send money to. And I am supposed to provide my own stamp?? Crapola!
