Ordered a trial supply of two products - Green Coffee Beach and Absolute Garcina online on 3/22/16. $4.95 for each trial supply. There is a 14 day TRIAL period to call and cancel. I received the products on 3/29/16 - 7 days AFTER the order. 7 DAYS later my credit card was automatically charged for two more supplies - one at $87 and one at $89. When I called to complain they said the trial starts on the day of the order! How can you TRY a product if you don't have it yet? How can you decide after only 6 days of use if it's something you want to continue to purchase? The rep wouldn't budge. Started each response to my complaint with, "I understand, BUT...." I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold forever. I called my credit card company who said it can't be considered a fraud because I did business with this company by virtue of the trial offer purchase.
