Hi can you please return my money back to my bank account please. I received a email telling me I had won some free gifts so when I went to checkout my free order with free shipping cost me £28.04 I didn't order the extra creams you had added onto free gift the order was for £3 something. Please can you look into this as I didn't authorise this so technically it's fraud I only agreed for the shipment. I did try stop the transaction but you'd already took the money I wrote a email out explaining I wanted the return of my money back to my bank account, nobody has been in touch nor my money returned. I'm not a well women and this sort of thing isn't helping me. I look forward to your corispondence . Thank you for your time.
