I received a call this morning from CJB Legal, Tracy Moore, claiming that I owed Twin Bluffs Financial $800+ and they are threatening legal action against me for check fraud & going to my place of employment. I have never heard of this company and haven't had a checking account in almost 15 yrs. When I asked when did I take the loan out, they could not give me the information...just said it was written off in 2013 & how did I want to settle the debt. I said I wasn't doing anything without additional information as I disagreed with everything she said. Raised my voice & she ended up hanging up on me.
