Hi there, I had cancelled my sample promo from this company prior to the conditions they stipulated. I had to ring again because they had deducted full product amount from my credit card. They told me I accepted the product upon delivery and that it wasn't the sample product hence payment taken from my Credit Card. I rang again to question what they were doing and finally they said they would CANCEL THE ACCOUNT COMPLETELY. Today 19th April 2016, they have taken more money from my credit card dated 5th April 2016. Not impressed with this scam at all. They are so wrong and rorting my credit card. Hyd*bellaplex should not have taken anymore money from my account this is Criminal Activity. They have no Authorisation to deduct further money from my Credit Card. They had shipped product after I CANCELLED THE ORDER. This second lot of product has been returned but They hyd*bellaplex has still taken money from my account
