I received a letter from Laura Vivian, addressed to my deceased mother, asking her to send $40 either by money order or cash, so that she could accept the legacy of one Jacques Marchand. I ripped the letter up, wrote a not so nice note, and mailed it back to them. But I am reporting it, as it is fraudulent, and nothing but a scam
