Amazon website is implemented to block request for refunds for items never received when they remove their third-party vendor from service. Thus, Amazon collect money, and keeps it as their website does not have a link available to request a refund or even place an inquiry regarding such a problem. Clever business model they have... taking purchase money and keeping it with no viable access to even complain or rectify a problem when one of their vendors is removed in spite of a non-delivery of an order.
