Got the free trial sample eye serum in a bottle. There was no mention of a 14 day trial and a charge of 89.71 after 14 days. Its either free or not. Why would you charge for something that is free. This is very deceptive advertising and not right. I called and asked to cancel the so called subscription and get a refund. The agent said he can cancel further orders but cant refund the free sample because it says on their site that there is a charge after 14 days if I don't call and cancel it by then. What a ripoff. It doesn't work for me and I cant get a refund. I found this product on fb as recommended. This is illegal and not a good business practice. Don't buy this product because of the bad business practices and anti customer satisfaction attitude. They rip you off and make excuses. A good business would refund you and say sorry for the charge. What a crooked business this is.
