I purchased THREE (3) Backup Plus Slim Portable Storage Drives. ONE (1) had an offer of 200 GB of ONEDRIVE STORAGE, which neither SEAGATE or Microsoft have honoured.
ALL requests to SEAGATE for help are met with phone numbers. However as a Military Veteran who is disabled and unable to speak, that is USELESS.
Seagate DO NOT CARE about those of us who have served or those with Disabilities.
We are all Customers, BUT SEAGATE DOES NOT CARE.
So BUYER BEWARE or CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!
