This thief scammed me out of $5000+. Bought vccs and he never provided. He is a thief and biggest liar on earth.
He will tell you to pay on skype, then once you pay, he vanishes.
He only accepts payments where your not protected which is why he does that in the first place.
Do not buy from him, if you want trusted sellers, go with the sellers on the Aspkin forums or Auction Essistance.
