A free trial it isn't! When I called to say cancel, I was given a cheaper price. You can't cancel unless you send the empty bottle and they must receive it within five days. I am tempted to put something else in the box for them. Telephone operator was difficult to understand and lowered the price down to 65% and then 50%. Hehas a script to follow even though it promises. Cancel at any time
