I had ordered one set of cosmetics skin products sample. On online shopping, the official invoice had never issued therefore I could not know how much I had to pay for this ordering. The advertisement on website was unclear and very misunderstanding information to consumers. Online confirmation was done without any question to the consumer who agrees to pay money. No confirmation of total payment amount therefore the wrong payment was done. It is still unsolved this problem and I am going to continue to get back my money and cancel my contract.
