The customer service line was horrible, they left me on hold forever, they kept switching me from person to person and just refused to handle my issue. They took money $335 out my account, then another $570 that was not authorized and tried to say I agreed to it. I would never do service with them again, they are swindlers and very unprofessional. I intend to repot them to the better business bureau!!! I believe it is a scam DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN ANY WAY!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. I am still pursuing my money.
