I went on my bank account site and noticed that I have been charged 288 $ on my MasterCard for which I never purchased these two items.
I was supposed to pay for shipping fees only and not the products as there was a free trial for the products but we only had to pay the shipping fees.
They went to charge me the products. I have made a complaint at my bank also.
