He told us he was making a cartoon map for Cache Valley and he was asking who would like to be on it. We said would like to and paid him right then. It has been a year later and still no map he continues to lie to us about when it will be done, at first it was Oct of 2015 then Feb 2016 then April 2016 and now May but still no map.
He also never once has has reached out to us to let us know what is going on, it has always been us calling him, and him giving excuses after excuse. The last time I talked to him he yelled at me when I asked for my money back he said NO the "contract" is non refundable!
He is a SCAMMER.
