I ordered 4 boxes of DyFlogest on October 15, 2015. I called after several months, to be informed that they were out of stock, it was on back order, but as soon as in, would be shipped out. No time estimate was given. So after another few months I called again, to be told they were due in any day now, and would be shipped.
Today, May 16, 2016 and I was informed that since it has past 90 days, they can't do anything. Neither send it out nor refund my money. I explained that I have been keep waiting on the product to arrive any day now, was strung along by every agent I had spoken to and now I'm being told that there is nothing they can or will do. In other words, I am out of the money. Even tho I never received my purchase I am not entitled to a refund. This is not the way to do business. I want my money refunded and I told the agent I was going to report them.
