I signed up with Wendy Kirkland over the phone on the weekend, because their website wasn't working and it was the last day to sign up. After I signed up for the 18 months and paid $1.800. I still kept the email stating that they had issue so I did not even receive any alerts for a couple days and it also said the materials was back ordered. I received the reading materials on 04/29/2014. Because it was such a bad start, I requested to have my service cancelled after 10 days and they refused. They were really rude, and said that I passed the 3 days time frame to cancel. There was no where on their website or receipt, fine print anywhere that I only had 3 days to cancel my order. If I were posted on the receipt or the website, I would have a second thoughts of purchasing the membership, They said that I would had been making money by now from the alerts. When I went thru the alerts, 80% were bad alerts. They told me that I had to wait 12 months to get the refund. We all know they are not going to do that, and sure enough, they wouldn't refund my money. My credit card company, Capital One wouldn't help me, because they said it was over 60 days. Any way, I am thinking to file a complaint with the Attorney General. I may still want to do that. Stay a way from her, it's a scam, and you won't make money from her alerts, you loose money.
