I applied to AD on Craigslist for a Data Entry Job. Days later I received a email from someone named Mrs Jocelyn Leavitt claiming to be from NextGen Healthcare I was told to contact her on google hangout ([email protected]) which I did. She conducted what she called a online interview and gave me this website address as their company website (https://www.nextgen.com) where I received a INTERVIEW QUESTIONNAIRE that I filled out and returned to her at this email address ([email protected]) I was told approximately 50 minutes later via hangouts I received a message from Jocelyn saying I was selected to work from the company she then told me I would need to talk with my Supervisor Mr Mark Davis through google Hangouts under the email ([email protected]) I spoke with this person who told me he was going to walk me through the process of getting started working for the company and he needed my name address to send me a check to purchase my company equipment. I told him I was not comfortable with receiving a check from someone I did not know. I was told that I could not start work until I agreed to deposit this check into my back account which I would not do. I asked this person named mark to give me his contact information and was given the following number (19282510798) I called this number and it went to a weird voicemail saying they were not available. I asked the person's location and he told me he was in my home State AZ for a conference. I think asked the person what part of Arizona they were in they stated Navajo County, I think asked where at in Navajo County and he said Phoenix. (Phoenix is not in Navajo County. I would not accept the check although like a dummy they have my address. I believe this a check scam process, I have added the link to the Craig's list ad. I was told without excepting to deposit this check that I would not be able to work for the company. I am not sure if Nextgen is a real company or if these people are just claiming to be affiliated with the Company.

To enable you carry out your duties effctively, there are working equipment and software's which are required for this job and position this is because you will be working from home and you will not be using any of your equipment due to the new version of software's that is required for this job ( These programs will be connected to the company's database and server). All expenses are handled by the company, so therefore the company will be mailing a check to your home address which will cover the cost of your working materials ( Software programs and time tracker which will be used to calculate your working hours effectively) and shipment to your home address.Please provide your name as you want it written on the check, correct shipping address and phone # so I can pass it on to the accounting department so they make out a check for you and have it shipped down to your home via one of the courier services. The vendor has the list of equipments you need.

I won't to believe you but here online you have to be careful and I am not comfortable with giving out my information online I have worked from home before and it never went this way

software retailer but looking at past records shipment took longer than
expected due to the paper works to be signed and others. Then the board of
directors came together and changed this procedure, so employees purchase
directly from the retailer to enable the materials to be shipped directly
to their home addresses. This will also prove your commitment and trust
worth to the company.

personally know how it feels to have your hard-earned money taken from you
by some arrogant jerk. I cringe when I even hear the word scam. I would
never go so low as to get involved with any of that sort of shameful
activity. I understand why you are feeling skeptical, as an average
consumer, I would be hesitant as well.

Once the Accounting officer issue out your start up check for the purchase of all your materials i will have you updated by providing you with your tracking # to enable you have your start up check tracked and it will be coming to you via the FedEx or the USPS and you are advised to come online 8am daily for info regarding the coming of the check.
