we placed order for Brass Sheets with them, after 30days, we received iron rubbish , keep calling and Email them, they disappeared. we don't know how can we claim our loss, we complaint with Alibaba, they said they couldn't do judgement, but we have provided all proofs, they still let us to go to law enforcement to solve this problem. we couldn't find them. hope others don't be cheated by them.
