On April 26th I made an agreement with with owner of JB Customs of west nanticoke pa John Breha to do some body work on my semi tractor. On the 27th of April we both agreed that because of his lack of professionalism, John Breha would return the deposit of $4,000. that i gave to him the day prior. He wrote me a check in the amount of $4,000. when i went to cash the check there was insufficient funds in his account. The bank wrote me a letter verifying that there wasn't enough money in his account to cover the check that he wrote me. When i contact John Breha, he refused to answer any of my calls or text messages. I have taken legal actions and proceeded to press charges against him for fraud. Today may 17th 2016 we were supposed to meet at the bank and once again he chose to dodge me. He continues to make excuses for why he hasn't paid me the $4,000. rightfully owed to me. After doing further investigation on John Breha, i found out that he has pending fraud charges pressed against him from the office of inspector general.
