Kathy Garber advertises anger evaluations on www.angermanagementonline.com. But I found out from the court that you aren't even allowed to do anger evaluations online. Courses can be offered online because courses are generic information that can apply to anyone. As long as the website offers verification that the student received the information, the court will take an online course. But evaluations are specific and have to be tailored to the individual who is asked to take one. They have to be conducted in person so Kathy Garber is not even allowed to offer them online! And she and her wife are NLP therapists which is different than real therapists. NLP therapists buy their credentials online and anyone can buy these credentials. And she says she is chosen by Dr Phil but I asked his website and they said any business can advertise on their site and provide information to be listed but that they don't endorse her in any way. Her website is very misleading and she misrepresents a lot. I dont remember the exact date I purchased the evaluation so I cant dispute the charge but I just want my money back now that I know it wont be excepted. Thanks
