THIS IS A COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR DEALER - FLORIDA ENERGY WATER AND AIR ALTAMONTE SPRINGS FLORIDA
On Friday june 3rd 2016 CHRIS from above company called me and said that my water treatment system is due for salt and service, he first offered me that if I buy $50 worth of salt the mechanic will service my sytem and put in 1@40 lbs bag of salt and 1@50 lbs block of salt in my system, I agreed to this but few minutes later he called me back and said I AM NEW TO THIS, I SPOKE TO MY MANAGER AND THE MANAGER SAID NOT $50 BUT IF i BUY $100 OF SALT THE MECHANIC WILL SERVICE MY SYSTEM AS WELL WHEN HE BRINGS THE SALT, I agreed to this and he said I will call you tomorrow morning and tell you when the mechanic will come to your house. On saturday he did not call but COREY called me and said he will be at my house between 1PM and 3PM, CHRIS had written on the invoice"100.91 RU 11.00 DUE FOR TUNE UP AS WELL.problem salt fill 2 blocks/2bags. customer will not be home.
At 12.30 PM COREY came to my house parked his van befind my car in the drive way and put 1 block of salt in the system, I already had 3 blocks in the system, he left a bill/receipt under the cover which said I have to pay $111.81, I had already given my creditcard No. to chris when he booker the appoint ment. At 3PM I called corey and said I am still waiting for you, he said I came and put the salt in the system , he did not even ring a bell knowing that we were at home.so I called the office and left a message for the manager RORY ROBERTS AND LEFT A VOICE MESSAHE THAT MY CREDIT CARD SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED $100.00 SINCE THE TUNE UP WAS NOT PERFORMED AND THEERE WAS ONLY 1 BLK OF SALT WAS PUT IN THE SYSTEM. This company is very very unethical and unprofessional. Please make sure that you call this company and advice them not to charge my creditcard and must come back and complete the tune up before my paying the bill. If this situation is not taken care of soon, I will report to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. pLEASE CONTACT ME SOON WITH YOUR REPLY.
