K & B Authority sold me a shower system for $3,866.02 and delivered some of the parts but the manufactur states the rest of the parts are new and will be made in a few months. I requested a refund and want to return these parts and I'm being told there will be a 25% restocking fee and i will have to pay for the return. This is just a way to SCAM $966.50 plus extre shipping. It was my mistake not checking this business.
