I received a yellow card asking me to send$20CAD to receive a guaranteed $1,254,204.00. Signed by a fraudulent Director and fraudulent Auditor. Is this Micheal Washington real and is the adress valid; what authority polices this type of frauds? Do you follow up on it or simply record information?
