I am on Social Security. At the end of April, this year(2016), I was checking the balance on my card, so I could buy my groceries, only to find, there was no money left. And I had purposely left a little over $50 on my card, since I only get paid, once a month.
When I went to my card's website, I saw that the reason for my card being drained, was because of rent to own.org, illegally withdrawing my money, from my card, without my knowledge or consent. I found that the bank had created a new app., making it easier for it's clients, to keep track of their spending, and I called them.
They gave me a number, supposedly donnected to rent to own, called it, only to hear a prerecorded message, stating they were called Choice Direct. A company I have never before, heard of.
I have lodged a complaint with my bank, and this is under investigation for n. Yet I am still out $52.00.
